Taken from my book: “Gods Reasons for Creating a Human Family”, chapter 13. Have you ever reached a point in life that you wanted to say: it just does not look like anything works? Have you ever felt like you were walking through a desert while everyone else was on a mountain top? Well, Jesus is at work right now telling the world that this generation will be like no other. So, don’t give up, instead start looking for your own mountain top because God has one for you.
So what does it mean when we say, the last of the last day Church? It means Jesus’ church will do what no other generation accomplished before. So, how will they do it? The answer is simple; the body of Christ will be embraced with spiritual power, like no other time in 88 History, doing great exploits just as Old Testament Prophets declared it would do. No, it’s not about to start, it has already started! So, it is time for sleepy Christians to catch up with what Jesus is doing today. Okay, we are blessed already, but not like Jesus means. He is intensifying and true believers are transforming more into his image and being revealed through the body.
Jesus is not trying to control earth as its king. He will do that when He returns. He already came and gave His life, so man could have a choice to follow him instead of the god of this world, Satan. Jesus is now raising His body, breathing life into it as Ezekiel’s dry bones talks about. In other words there is no such thing as a Christian without a ministry and operational, (2 Corinthian 5:17-19). 89).
Yes, every Christian has a ministry and it is Jesus’ 5-fold ministry that trains them for their own ministries. What Jesus wants is to increase His body so they can be seen by the entire world, not just their own congregation. God does not just give grace; he works on the grace He has already given. This applies to all who are called Christians around the world.
A Word the Lord gave me: He said, sometimes we have to close our doors, so Jesus can reopen new doors for us. It is our doors that Satan enters. Sometimes I also tell the story of my father dying when I was young and my mother and step father killed in an auto accident. I told God I never wanted anything to do with Him, so never try to get me. At that time I was fourteen and I was twenty eight when I smartened up and came to God.
Before God smartened me up, my wife Ann would tell people I was crazy! I never did bad things; I just lived a life you might call, on the edge. I liked to race cars, swimming rapids and diving off cliffs, flying airplanes. Yet, God never gave up on me; even protecting me from the dumb things I did. In fact, it was God who opened the door for me to turn around. He caused me to meet people in the business world that set the stage for my becoming successful. He taught me that I could not beat life alone and finally opened my eyes and heart to want His life. He proved to me that he always wins and I am an example now instead of one of his problems.
The surprising truth is that doors are easier to open, than close, when necessary. Let me give you three simple steps concerning opening or closing doors of life. One, you must want the door closed that affects your life negatively. Two, close each and every door individually, not as a group of doors. Three, ask God to show you the doors you need to open. This takes more time and effort, but it gets the job done that’s needed.
Yes, each door must be dwelt with by our own confession, our own repenting and our own asking for God’s help. Be sure to stop blaming others for the things that happened to you. Start taking full responsibility of what you need to achieve, then do it. Jesus is always willing and waiting, it’s that easy, so keep talking to Him. He wants to partner with you and get you with Him through this life time, plus our eternal life. He’s plan deals with an eternal time instead of that other place that’s real hot. He loves His creation and He works hard to get His creation to be with Him forever. Sadly, the path to His eternal place is smaller than the path to an eternal hot place the bible refers to. Yes, it’s worth reading when you have time. All of my 8 books concern last days and power of true Believers.
